Tervetuloa päättämään Spektrin asioista yhdistyksen sääntömääräiseen syyskokoukseen, joka järjestetään tiistaina 21.12. klo. 18.00 Kampuskappelissa (Rehtorinpellonkatu 4 C) sekä etänä Zoomin kautta (linkki alempana). Tartuntatautitilanteen vuoksi toivomme että osallistut etänä.
Kokouksessa käsitellään säännöissä määrätyt asiat eli hyväksytään tulevan vuoden toimintasuunnitelma ja talousarvio, päätetään jäsenmaksujen suuruus sekä valitaan uusi hallitus ja varsinainen sekä varatoiminnantarkastaja. Kokouksessa äänioikeus on yhdistyksen jäsenillä.
Jos hallitustyöskentely kiinnostaa, osallistu rohkeasti kokoukseen tai jos et pääse paikalle ota yhteyttä Spektrin hallitukseen joko sähköpostilla osoitteeseen hallitus (at) spektriry.fi tai yhdistyksen Facebook-sivun kautta. Voit tulla valituksi hallitukseen vaikka et olisi läsnä. Jos pyrit hallituksen jäseneksi ja et vielä ole yhdistyksen jäsen, toivomme että täyttäisit jäsenhakemuksen osoitteessa www.spektriry.fi/liity-jaseneksi . Jäsenyys maksaa tänä vuonna opiskelijoille, työttömille ja siviili- tai varusmiespalvelusta suorittaville 5 euroa vuodessa ja muille 10 euroa. Jäseneksi liittymällä tuet yhdistyksen toimintaa ja saat esimerkiksi alennuksia sitsien pääsymaksuista.
Osallistumisohjeet: Voit osallistua kokoukseen klikkaamalla alla olevaa Zoom-linkkiä. Osallistuminen ei vaadi käyttäjätilin luomista, ja voit tehdä sen tietokoneella, tabletilla tai puhelimella, joko nettiselaimen kautta tai laitteelle asennettavan sovelluksen kautta (vaatii kirjautumisen). Suosittelemme kuulokkeiden käyttöä, mutta niitä ei vaadita. Laitteessasi tai kuulokkeissasi on oltava mikrofoni, kamera ei ole pakollinen. Jos joudut poistumaan kokouksesta ennen sen loppua, ilmoita tästä jotta poistumisesi voidaan merkitä pöytäkirjaan. Toivomme että pidät mikrofonisi hiljennettynä kun et ole äänessä.

Welcome to decide on Spektri’s matters at the annual autumn meeting, which will be held on Tuesday December 21st at 18.00 o’clock, at the Campus Chapel (Kampuskappeli, Rehtorinpellonkatu 4 C) and remotely via Zoom (link below). Due to the state of the pandemic we hope you participate remotely.
The meeting will decide on the matters determined in the rules, i.e. approve next year’s plan of action and budgetary estimate, decide the size of the membership fees as well as elect the new board and performance auditors. At the meeting, association members have the right to vote.
If you’re interested in joining the board, please show up to the meeting or if you can’t be there contact Spektri’s board either by email at hallitus (at) spektriry.fi or via the association’s Facebook page. You can be elected to the board without being present. If you wish to be a board member and aren’t yet a member of the association, we hope that you submit a membership application at www.spektriry.fi/liity-jaseneksi . The cost of membership this year for students, the unemployed and those in civil or military service is 5 euros per year and 10 euros for others. By becoming a member you support the association and e.g. receive discounts from sitz fees.
Instructions for participation: You can attend the meeting by clicking the Zoom link below. Creating a user account is not necessary for participation, which you can do on your computer, tablet or phone, either via a web browser or an application installed on your device (requires an account). We recommend using ear/headphones, but they are not compulsory. Your device or ear/headphones must have a microphone, a camera is not required. If you must leave before the end of the meeting, let us know so that your exit can be noted. We ask that you keep your mic muted when not speaking.
